Are couples allowed?+

Yes. Couples are welcome at both hotels. Both guests must be 18+ and carry a valid government photo ID.

Can I check in with a local / same city (Kolkata) ID?+

Yes. Local and same-city IDs are accepted at both hotels — no need to be from out of town.

How does hourly booking work?+

Pick a hotel, choose Today, Tomorrow or Day after, select 3, 6 or 12 hours and your check-in time. Pay online and your room is held for exactly that window — you only pay for the hours you need.

Can I choose my own check-in time?+

Yes. Check-in times are available every hour (typically 6 AM to 10 PM). Your check-out time is calculated automatically and shown before you pay.

Why can I only book up to the day after tomorrow?+

Hourly stays are usually planned at short notice. Keeping the window to 3 days lets us show real-time availability and keep prices low.

What ID do I need?+

Every adult guest must carry a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport or Voter ID) at check-in.

How many guests can stay?+

Maximum 2 adults per room. Children aged 6-13 years are counted as children, and children under 6 years stay free and are not counted as guests.

When am I charged? Can I cancel?+

Payment is collected at booking through PayU (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Hourly bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. For any change, WhatsApp or call the hotel and we will try our best to help.

What if I need more time?+

Your room is reserved until the check-out time shown. Extra time is subject to availability and charged at the hotel.

How do I get my confirmation?+
